As the premiere fundraiser for The Cure Starts Now, Once in a Lifetime Gala is one of Cincinnati's most unique galas. Join over 900 guests as they enjoy a 3-course gourmet meal, open bar, 400 package silent auction, once in a lifetime experience live auction and entertainment. Please join us as we continue our battle against childhood brain cancer and honor our cancer warriors.

100% of the proceeds benefit The Cure Starts Now. The Cure Starts Now is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to finding a “home run” cure for cancer through funding of childhood brain cancer research. Thanks to events like this, The Cure Starts Now has funded over $40 million in childhood cancer research and support in conjunction with our DIPG/DMG Collaborative Partners. 

Dress Code is semi-formal, but we encourage you to embrace this year's retro arcade theme in your attire

Regular Seating (Middle) – Seats towards the middle of the room and by the doors, thank you gift, open bar, and meal
Table of 10 - Unavailable until September 1, 2026
Single Seat - $140 each

Open Seating – Seats in the back of the room, thank you gift, open bar, and meal
Single Seat - $120 each
