Nicole Lee, Age 7
Nicole fulfilled her dream to be a teacher and artist as she teaches us to never give up hope for a cure and inspires us to see the beauty in life, a gift from God.

Lara Pasi, Age 7
Lara was full of energy and their ray of sunshine. She ALWAYS defended her big brothers when they were in trouble! Lara absolutely loved school and adored her teachers and friends.

Paul Coleman III, Age 12
Paul was a sweet and loving child, who had Fragile X Syndrome and was non-verbal, but he didn’t let that hold him back. Paul was definitely special in every way.

Corbin Burnett, Age 10
Corbin loved to play baseball, ride his dirt bike and play with his brother, sister, and friends. At ten years old, he taught his community the beauty of God's grace during his ten month, courageous battle with DIPG.

Mateo Sparkman, Age 7
Mateo loved all things cats, especially his cats Fatty and Luna. He loved being in the water, and playing soccer. Mateo let us know that whenever he went to heaven he would paint sunsets with God.
The Cure Starts Now (501c3 Federal Non-Profit) is one of the only cancer foundations dedicated to a “homerun” cure for all cancers, starting first with one of the most deadly and difficult cancers: pediatric brain cancer. Many experts believe that the lessons we learn from fighting pediatric cancer may in fact provide us the critical first step in winning the battle against all forms of cancer, both pediatric and adult.
